I would like to say that since nate asked me to do this blog over a month ago, here it goes: our musical house move went relatively smoothly and all parties are finally moved in but still unpacking, my early b-day dinner was delicious though I really wish nate would give me his salad dressing recipe, and our house is coming together, and I love it.

I would like to say that I hope Chris had a wonderful birthday, that I hope I get a new bike soon because my commute was extra long to the VA, and that I'm enjoying Regis Philbin being on prime time tv

I would like to say that getting breakfast with Dundon, Ry, Ed and Jamie was a little nerve-wracking given that we still didn't get seated after a 1+ wait at Brenda's, but the breakfast at Lori's was good, and that the Trace Atkins/Toby Keith concert was amazing, particuarly the American finale.

I would like to say that I really hope that this cortisone shots i got in my butt this week work (i'm keeping my fingers crossed but not getting my hopes up), that having dinner and Fraiche with Katie and Maria was a lot of fun, and it was great to see Katie and I'm glad she came out from Iowa to visit, and that I'm glad Nate is back from the east coast (that's for my 1 follower)

I would like to say that I have a lot to say about this weekend: camping at night during a thunderstorm is pretty awesome/slightly scary, making smores is one of my favorite things to do and Ryan's potato packets in the fire were delicious, my Jenny-sized camping chair that we picked up for $12 at Ace hardware and camping is just perfect, and I'm not good at peeing without a toilet and usually end up peeing on my toes.

I would like to say, that i have to agree with nate and i am possibly the worst blogger ever, that I am sad my parents are gone but am getting back into a routine, and that the sushi i had last night at okoze was delicious as was the peach blackberry crisp that i made.

I would like to say that coming home to a home-cooked meal from your mom is a great thing, particuarly when it's one of my favorites, that pink spatulas from Williams Sonoma are pretty and useful, and that getting internet service back after 3 weeks is pretty good too.
